Procedure
Before preparing the pizza dough recipe without yeast, preheat the oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit. Prepare the pizza pan by greasing its base. Now, take a large bowl and prepare a mixture of flour, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, powdered milk and sugar. Mix these dry ingredients. Add water and olive oil to the mixture. Then mix these ingredients to form the pizza dough. Do not mix too much else the dough becomes too hard. Place this dough in the greased pizza pan and flatten it to give desired shape to the crust. Press the dough in the outward direction by starting at the center. Ensure that you do not tear the dough while spreading it on the pizza pan. Once you are done with shaping the pizza dough, add the topping of your choice and keep it in the oven for around 10 to 20 minutes.
